Packard Bell Master Cd 1 Download

Packard Bell Master Cd 1 Download Rating: 3,5/5 663 votes

Hope this is in the right section. One of my first PCs was a Packard Bell 9029 from xmas 1997 and I still have it Sadly I need some help finding the start-up floppy disk which you boot from to install windows 95 from the Master CD. I bet a good programmer could take a look at the master cd and actually create the startup disk somehow but its beyond my skills. I have the Master CD and would be willing to upload it if anyone wants to take a look at it, or better still, can point me in the right direction to find the start-up floppy disk or downloadable image/files for it. Also if it helps I can post a directory tree so you can see what files are on there.

I don't know if the 9029 model was sold in America, but I live in the UK and it was very similar to the 'Pulsar' model which I am sure was also sold in the US. So maybe the boot disk for one might work for the other. The specs: Intel Pentium 166mhz with MMX 16mb 72pin SIMM (I think) 2.1GB HDD Production Year: 1997 Would really appreciate any and all help people can give! Thanks for reading my thread Cheers!! Hi thanks for your reply I can't see one but the contents of the CD is as follows; ARJ - dir CABS - dir TSRC - dir WIN95 - dir CONTENT.TXT CRCLOG.DAT DISK1.ID ARJ, I am not sure what it is but the contents are arj.exe, arj.pif, windows.arj CABS are obviously the compressed windows 95 files. TSRC seem to be hardware drivers.

WIN95 looks like the setup files. With files like ARJ.exe, BIOSLOCK.exe KILL.com, OEMSETUP.exe, PBRESTOR.exe, PCXDUMP.exe, PSCRIPT.exe, TREECRC.exe along with their corresponding.PIF files. There may well be a boot disk image on the cd itself.
